This app allows to explore motif pairs co-occurrence in cell type specific peaks.
It might take a few minutes to start, because loading counts for all the motif pairs in all peaks is slow. I am terribly sorry about that.
Below you can set the thresholds to filter peaks in which to summarize the motif pairs occurences.
Press 'Load peaks' to apply the filters. This might take a few moments.
The table with number of peaks and motifs per cell type will be displayed below.
Then you can check enriched motif pairs on the right.
